Andrew R. Crosby focuses his practice in the areas of real estate law, commercial transactions and corporate law. Mr. Crosby is admitted to the Hawaii Bar.

Examples of Mr. Crosby's work include:
Acquisitions and Sales. Represents clients in connection with business and commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, and development, assisting with due diligence, title review, title insurance negotiation, entitlements, and approvals. Examples include housing and apartment complexes, golf courses, and hotel properties.

Commercial Leasing. Represents clients in the negotiation and drafting of retail, restaurant, and other leases.

Governing Documents. Assists clients in the drafting of operating agreements, declarations, bylaws, and other governing documents.

Land Use. Advises clients with regard to zoning analysis, permitting, nonconforming uses and structures and zoning issues related to acquisitions and development.

Mr. Crosby earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law, graduating with honors. While in law school, Mr. Crosby was a member of the University of Hawaii Law Review Journal, Advocates for Public Interest Law, the Federal Bar Association, and the Law & Business Organization.

As a summer associate with Harvard Law School's Legal Services Center, Mr. Crosby participated in Harvard Law School's Project on Predatory Student Lending which resulted in the Biden Administration's recent cancellation of ~$6 billion in student load debt for ~200,000 defrauded borrowers.

He also worked as a legal writing teacher’s assistant, research assistant and externed at the Hawaii First Circuit Court for the Honorable Lisa W. Cataldo

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Crosby worked as a reinsurance analyst and tutored mathematics, English, and standardized testing in Hawaii and California.
