(Honolulu, Hawaii) Norman H.Y. Cheng, an associate at Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher, has been selected to participate in the Hawaii State Bar Association’s first Leadership Institute. Mr. Cheng, a William S. Richardson School of Law graduate, will gain valuable leadership insights through interaction with legislators, government officials, civic and business leaders and members of the judiciary.
The Leadership Institute program will also stress the importance of community participation and leadership in the six-month program. As a Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher attorney, Mr. Cheng is committed to 50 hours a year of pro bono legal services to support the Access to Justice Commission community effort.
Mr. Cheng was licensed in Hawaii in 2002, and focuses on real estate, hotels & resorts, business structure and operations, commercial transactions, and small business sales and acquisitions.
